The keeping of the Sabbath is a very important
teaching that began at Creation. It is not a religious Jewish teaching, for it
began the very first whole day of Adam. I must continually publish these messages in
order for everyone who needs to know truth, be well informed, and do according
to their own will. My prayer is that everyone will choose to keep the Sabbath
Day Holy, and receive the blessings of Yehovah.
Do not fear men, as they discourage you to keep the
Commandments, but listen and obey Yehovah who is your judge. Men cannot judge
unless they also are keeping this precious holy day. Have a good reading time.
(Part one)
Shemoth
-Exodus 20:1-11: And Elohim spoke all these words, saying: 2: I: “I Am YHWH your Elohim, who brought you out
of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3
You shall have no other gods before Me.
4
You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is
in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under
the earth;
5
you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, YHWH Your Elohim, am a
jealous Elohim, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the
third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,
6
But showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7
You shall not take the name of YHWH Your Elohim in vain, for YHWH will not hold
him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
8:
Remember the Shabbat day, to keep it holy.
9
Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
10
but the seventh day is the Sabbath of YHWH your Elohim. In it you shall do not
work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your
female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.
11
For in six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is
in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore YHWH blessed the Sabbath day and
hallowed it.”
The “church” has a problem with three commandments
that Exodus 20 enumerates. The first one is the command in verse four which
concerns idolatry. Of course if you disobey the command in verse three, you
will have images in your house. You will believe that idols will protect your
house.
Next I want to touch on verse seven, which states
not to take the Name of YHWH in VAIN. I have already talked at length about
this in other messages. Therefore I will not say too much about it now. But I
will talk about this again and again, for it is just as important as discussing
the commandment about the Seventh Day. Every commandment is about death and
life.
This message today begins a series about the
Shabbat, the Blessed Set Apart Day. This commandment is anathema to the “Christian
Church.” From the beginning, after the
resurrection of Yehoshua, began the persecution against the Nazarene, which
were His followers. They were not called ‘Christians’ until many years later in
Antioch, a very idolater city. Yahoshua did not start a “Church” but came to
preach to His Chosen People, whom He commanded to go into the entire world and
teach the Torah, and of course about the fact that He, the expected Mashiach/Messiah
had come, died, and rose again according to the Scriptures, assuring eternal
life to all who believe.
The Nazarene kept the Shabbat and all the Feasts, as
Yehoshua did when He was on this earth. But the Romans persecuted the Nazarene,
and later on, with the rise of the false Nazarene, Constantine, who declared to
be a Christian, things began to change. He abolished persecution by making the Nazarene
worship on the sun god day or on the first day of the week. Many followed him
to avoid been killed. Latter on it became a command in the Roman Catholic
Church to worship on the first day of the week, on the sun god day, instead of the Sabbath. He did this because he was a
Mithra sun god worshipper.
The plan was to completely eradicate anything
“Jewish”; therefore it is anti-Semitic to teach not to keep the Sabbath Day
Holy.
The Pentecostal church has blindly followed that
teaching, and Martin Luther was not fully delivered from anti-Semitism, and he
did not go back to the roots of the faith. But he was highly anti-Semitic. And
that is all I will speak about him here. You can find out from history, what he
truly said against the Jewish people. All you need to do is to make a small
search on your own.
I am concerned about teaching truth, and not to
speak about the sins of the church. Each of us is responsible to search the Scriptures
daily. We must pray for wisdom and discernment.
We cannot follow the blind leaders, but test everything that is preached
behind the pulpit. We are all able to understand the simple truths Yehovah
teaches us in His Word. We are able to read, therefore, let us read and seek
truth. The blessing will be ours, instead of the curses.
When the church makes distinction between the
Tanakh, which is called “Old Testament”
and the Messianic Writings, which is called “New Testament,” they fall into
error. The Hebrew or commonly called “Jewish” people worship Yehovah and so,
supposedly, does the Church. He does not have two set or rules, one for the
Chosen People, and another for the followers of the Nazarene Yahoshua. He has
only one Torah, and we better understand this truth or we are in error, and
fall under His judgment.
Now let us go back to the beginning.
Bereshith
-Genesis 1:1: “In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth.
Yochanan
-John 1:1-3: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and
the Word was Elohim. He was in the
beginning with Elohim. All things were
made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
Qolasim
- Colossians 1:15-17: “He is the image of the invisible Elohim, the firstborn
over all creation. For by Him all things
were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible,
whether
thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created
through Him and for Him. And He is
before all things, and in Him all things consist.”
Yahoshua was in the beginning with His Father, Yehovah.
He created the world with His Father.
Genesis
2:2-3: “Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were
finished. And on the seventh day Elohim
ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His
work which He had done. Then Elohim
blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His
work which Elohim had created and made.”
Elohim blessed three times at creation; first the
animal life in the ocean and the air and blessed the seventh day and sanctify
it or set it apart.
Bereshith
-Genesis 1:22: “And Elohim blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and
fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”
Then He blessed Adam whom He created in His Image.
Bereshith
-Genesis 1:27-28: “So Elohim Created man in His own image; in the image of
Elohim He created him; male and female He created them.
28
Then Elohim blessed them, and Elohim said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply;
fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the
birds of the air, and over every living thing that move on the earth.”
This commandment is also not being kept by the
church today. Even so called believers, have decided to follow the lust of
their eyes and buy everything in sight, but kill their conceived offspring. Or
else, they simply go through surgery to make themselves sterile. There are
other heathen methods they use, as taking the morning pill, or anything that is
available in the market to stop having children. This is a terrible sin, and they
will pay the consequence for their sin. The god of convenience is winning the
war, but Yehovah has the last saying. He does not change, and He will avenge
Himself of all His enemies. Let us be diligent and turn back to serve YHWH whom
we say we love. Let us not love in word alone, but in deed.
Ya’aqov
-James 2:17: “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works is dead.”
I will continue on my next message. Please read
every message and be strengthen in you walk in the light. Amen.
Zakhor et-yom hashabbat leqaddesho
Remember the Sabbath day for

Ye-varekhekha YHWH ve-yishmerekha
Ya’er YHWH panav ‘eleykha vichunekha

“Yehovah bless you and keep you;
Yehovah make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
Yehovah lift up His countenance upon
you, and give you shalom.
So they shall put My name on the
children of Israel, and I will bless them.”
